The
Tsukuba Plant
features state -of -the -art equipment and a clean environment,and
complies with Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP).
The Yuki Plant has been
ISO9001 certified for meeting high international standards
in quality assurance. These advanced production plants
spearhead Nissui's efforts to provide a reliable supply
of products with uniformly excellent quality.
The Tsukuba Plant serves
as our main production base for pharmaceuticals and health
food supplements.Around 200 different products are manufactured
here -in liquid,granular,tablet,and capsule forms - using
an array of advanced systems and facilities.The plant
has been equipped with a computer-based production control
system to ensure timely production and delivery.
The Yuki Plant specializes
in producing testing reagents. About 850 products are manufactured
here including reagents for in vitro diagnostics,cultre
media for bacteria and cells,and quality-control sera.The
plant's advanced automation and labor-saving technologies
provide efficient multi-product small-lot production that
meets customer needs.
The Yuki Plant is also
home to the Central Logistics
Center(L Center) ,which was established in 1998. Work
at the center is focused on maintaining and responding
promptly to emergency demand. |
