Handling of Personal Information

Nissui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (the Company) is keenly aware of the importance of protecting personal information. In response to disclosure, correction, usage cessation, deletion, etc. requests regarding personal data retained by the Company, the Company, upon authenticating the identification of the requesting party, takes all reasonable steps to respond as necessary.

This individual exercises proper oversight of employees handling personal information and leads education, training and other efforts to ensure strict protection of personal information.

The Company is a covered business operator of an accredited personal information protection organization, the Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ Association of JAPAN. The association receives complaints or inquiries regarding the handling of personal information by its covered business operators.
